Funding timelines depend on the completeness of borrower and property information. Submitting all required documents upfront helps us move your transaction forward as quickly as possible.

 LOAN PACKAGE SUBMISSION CHECKLIST 

This is a PRELIMINARY Needs List 

• Schedule of Real Estate Owned 
• Business Entity Documentation  
• Including all Member/Owner information of everyone with at least 30% ownership 
• Articles of Incorporation/Organization 
• Bylaws or Operating Agreement 
• Federal EIN Verification 
• Valid Photo ID -everyone owning at least 30%  
• Bank Statements – Last 3 months/ All accounts – All Pages  
• Current lease agreement(s)/ Rent Rolls - if applicable  DSCR
• Complete and executed Purchase and Sale Agreement
• Copy of Earnest Deposit 
• Scope of Work with Draw Schedule 
• Contractor Bids 
• Need copy of Contractor License and Insurance  
• Preliminary Title Report 
• Need Contact information including phone and email address for Title Company 
• Hazzard Insurance company with quote and contact information including phone and email
